This is my 2nd WD 6TB hard drive and the first is still going strong. I loved that first one so much that I bought the second. It's ready to go right out of the box, simple as pie, and for me, I love how they both stand up like books and so take up much less room on my desk. I have to say, I still have the old USB 2.0, but even though this 6TB is listed as 3.0, it's compatible with my old PC, and not all of them are. A big "whewww" for that. Next PC will be 3.0 for sure, but still, it wasn't forever to transfer the files and it was seamless and no errors whatsoever. Great product. I will ADD to that that I see where some complain about NewEgg and it totally baffles me. I've done business with them many times with not even one problem with them or their products. And their delivery time? It's always been under a week. I love NewEgg and would recommend them to anyone.

I bought this product to hold my collosal library of Steam Games. Easy to setup, easy to use - I haven't noticed any latency at all when trying to load games. The best part is, if I want to use my steam games on another PC, I can just bring the drive with me!

I have been using Western Digital Drives for years and never had an issue with them. Good solid products.

It is exactly what is says it is, a 10TB external HD with no issues. The price per TB was great and it has performed well.

WD is my go to for HDDs. i use this for backups and images and whatnot. tons of space to store even full images. i dont read from it very often and dont care about the write speed, so i cant comment if its fast, but im sure its on par with any other HDD. USB 3.0 which is great as well. case is nice and subtle, clean looking.
